Kirsteen Bostock - Senior Clinical Psychologist

About Me
I am a registered Clinical Psychologist and Education & Developmental Psychologist with over Seventeen years’ experience working with adults, children, adolescents, and couples providing counselling and therapy in both private practice and across school settings.

I use a holistic strengths-based approach in supporting my clients with options of face-to-face or telehealth appointments. I draw on skills in evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Mindfulness practices. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families addressing all mental health concerns with a goal to improve wellbeing and daily functioning.

I have a special interest in anxiety, grief, bullying, trauma, & PTSD. I also have a passion for supervising provisional and registrar psychology applicants in completing all AHPRA requirements to achieve full registration or endorsement.

In my spare time, I enjoy hosting networking and social gatherings, as I have a passion for bringing people together and building a sense of community and belonging. And you may have guessed that Ice-cream is my favourite food!
Telehealth and online appointments are available at various times of the day to work around busy schedules.
